We ordered a superking sized bed. Throughout the wait we were always kept up to date for the delivery through regular phone calls from Ben. Unfortunately the bed was too big for our house and I am gutted as the bed was stunning in real life. Ben and Mark tried for over an hour in sweltering heat to try get it in but eventually had to take it back. Both were extremely professional and we were issued a refund without any issue. I would definitely recommend them for their incredible service and top quality products!

After being let down repeatedly by Dreams, we had come to the end of our tether. We discovered the TV Bed Store by looking on line and can honestly say that it was the best decision we’ve ever made!! From the first phone call, Stewart was so friendly and helpful and when we arrived to collect our new bed and mattress Mark was absolutely brilliant too and couldn’t do enough to help us. We literally phoned one day and 48 hours later we were able to spend our first night in our brilliant new TV bed. After what we had been through before with the constant disappointment and let downs from Dreams over the last 5 months, we were so excited and happy to finally get our new bed. We cannot recommend TV Bed Store and everyone involved highly enough, so professional, friendly and really helpful. This experience will definitely make us choose friendly and independent over indifferent and unhelpful large chain stores in the future. Thank you again.

Ordered a bed a few weeks ago, we didn’t receive any confirmation. So my husband contacted and they told us the bed they let us pay for via there website wasn’t even in stock. (Even today the bed is still showing on their website and eBay shop as in stock) so they will let you order the bed, take your money then you’ll have to chase them for an update or a refund.The lady tried to offer us a super king instead of the king. But that would mean we would need to buy a new mattress and bedding. So we decided we would wait until the king size became available.It was getting close to the confirmed delivery date and we hadn’t had any emails of dispatch. So my husband contacted again, only to be told the bed was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for 8 to 10 weeks.So moral of the story was, had we not have chased them up they would have had nearly a grand and half of our money, and we would be without a bed!Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers!
