The TV Bedstore pride itself on providing products that meet the highest standards and, in order to give you peace, of mind we’re happy to guarantee all of our beds for two years. See below for our frequently asked questions and how this guarantee works, and check section 8 of our terms for more information.
In order to ensure your guarantee is valid you should:
- Please ensure all labels are attached to the product and not removed.
- Our guarantee is only valid for products that are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and strictly for domestic use only.
- Your guarantee will start from the day after you have received your order (delivery or collection).

What does my TV Bedstore guarantee cover?
This guarantee covers defects and malfunctions in the materials or components of TV Bedstore beds that have been used for normal domestic use only.
What does the TV Bedstore guarantee not cover?
The guarantee is void if the bed has been mistreated or damaged including incidents like stains, spills, burns and breakages. The TV Bedstore guarantee the product, it is not an insurance policy. Our general terms and conditions should be read before making a purchase and our product page is viewed may cause the product to look slightly different online than it looks upon taking receipt of the product.
Any product which has been resold by a third party after purchasing from TV Bedstore will not be guaranteed. The guarantee only applies to domestic use and the original purchaser.
What do I need to do to make a claim?
Please send us any images or video which illustrates the fault and also a description of the issue. Also please let us know your original order number, name and address (and original delivery address if different to the current).
What happens if the product is not covered by the guarantee?
We would be happy to provide a like for like replacement (at your cost). We can also dispose of the item in question, also at your cost.
