Update on deliveries during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Safety for all is absolutely paramount to us during these difficult times. Deliveries will be restricted to doorstep/hallway to protect everyone involved. Deliveries times may be affected as certain restrictions have to be in place in order to adhere to government guidelines. We would like to thank all customers for their patience and support throughout these unprecedented circumstances.

All deliveries are done with a 2 man delivery team & delivered to your room of choice. Installation can be arranged in certain areas of the UK at an additional charge of £75. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain areas and Scotland(Highlands etc)
You are also welcome to collect from our showroom in person(Please contact before to arrange)
UK mainland delivery within 15 working days from confirmation of payment (delivery terms quoted are based on stock availability). Orders must be completed in full including mobile phone number before we can dispatch any item, orders cannot be processed without all information required. All items are sent via dedicated courier which is always a signature required service.
You will be contacted prior to delivery so someone can be available to check and accept your item. Most of our TV bed deliveries are done by a specialist 2 man team and will take it to the room of your choice. Please check all boxes before signing.
In the event of a failed delivery the courier company will have to re-warehouse and re-deliver the bed at a later convenient date. This will incur costs of £75 payable by the customer.
